RAS SHASTRA EVAM BHAISHAJYA KALPANA
Rasashastra and Bhaishajya kalpana is a branch of Ayurveda which deals with the pharmaceutical processing of of herbal and mineral drugs.. The subject is concerned with 2 nd professional of undergraduate course.Our RSBK department has Rasa & Bhaishajya lab were preparations are carried out. And it is also equipped with various instruments,specimens,models,charts etc Various samskaras like Shodhana, Marana of metals and minerals are carried out along with the classical preparations like Panchavidhakashaya Kalpana, Vati, Avaleha, Rasakriya etc.
The department carries out several preparations joining in hand with other departments for some special medicinal preparations.A quality control lab for assessing the quality of the prepared medicine is also a part of our department.
