Panchakarma

           Panchakarma is said as the most eminent branch of Ayurveda. The name Panchakarma literally means “Five Actions”. 

       Viz. Vamana karma, Virechana karma, Asthapana vasti, Anuvasana vasti and Nasya. There is another version; that includes Raktamokshana as fifth karma after merging both types of basti as one.
